What is your opinion on this? Do you know anyone who is a rape victim? What cultural or religious background are they from? What about the perpetrator? What background are they from also? And was the victim accused of being racist if the perpetrator was from a different racial, religious of cultural background? And if their culture allows them to treat women as second class citizens, then why?
